New Fundraising Experience (NFE) was established in 2018. Its founders share a vision to create the kind of agency they would be proud to work for themselves. The name was chosen to reflect what we will do: provide a new fundraising experience, and do so in three distinct ways:

For our Clients:

the provision of fundraising agencies in the SA does not reflect the potential of the channel, and the service provided by those agencies has not always been consistent with what client could and should expect. We aim for genuine partnership – the look and feel of an in-house team, a connection to the cause and values you hold, and an openness and clarity of communication upon which extraordinary campaigns can be built.

For your Donors:

the decision to become a recurring donor is not one that should be taken lightly. It is an emotional as well as a financial decision. We understand this, and our fundraisers will too. Your donors will receive your brand messages in a manner that is powerful and persuasive, yet story-based and sensitive; emotional and engaging yet clear and gentle. Those that decide to say ‘yes’ will have the best possible introduction to your organisation. Those that don’t, well, they too will have had a positive interaction with the brand.

For our Fundraisers:

it is the quality of fundraiser that makes the difference. You know that. Yet all too often, the selection, induction, training, management and remuneration of fundraisers has been treated as an afterthought. Our aim here is simple: to have the best trained, best remunerated, highest quality fundraising staff in the sector. There will be opportunities for fundraisers to develop their careers within the organization, but these will never distract from the simple truth that your success, and our success, is based on great individuals enjoying their work each day, and being led and rewarded accordingly.
